XXII SUMMER CAMP OYAMA KARATE - OSOWIEC'2012

Management of the Silesian Karate Club "Goliath" invites you to Osowiec sports camp on beautiful Lake Silver (near Turawa province. Opole).

The term of the camp: - 02.07 - 11.07.2012r.

(In the case of very much interest there is the possibility to organize the stay of the second.)

Place: leased from the Forestry Commission woods quarter of a shallow lake, just ok.100m from Silver Lake. The lake has a sandy beach.

Accommodation: accommodation in tents, military (camp beds)

*) Sleeping bags or bedding, blankets and mats protect the participants of the camp on their own (health reasons)

Meals: daily full board with high calorific standard for athletes.

Drive: Licensed Coach - shuttle to space and back.

Program: Recreation Camp - Training.

Specialized training sessions 1-2 times a day depending on weather. Learning new material, fighting tactics in knockdown karate, full Contakt karate, learning new kata, self defense, learning to use the tonfa, a stick, nunchaku, learning the elements of aikido, judo, ju-jitsu, swimming and sunbathing, games and competitions in volleyball , and beach soccer (pitch), bonfires, team games, discos, movie camp, Hour Front care of education, examination for the next steps including the 2s kyu (exam fee is NOT included in the price of the camp!). Insurance of the camp participants. The participants of the camp-own boat.

Sanitary engineering Security: Securing the ecological toilets, we have a generator, shower pole, sink field, the apparatus sound. Hour medical care, care lifeguard.

Records: Notification of participation in recreational camp - training should be reported to the instructor teaching 15 May 2012. Along with the application the participant must pay in advance instructor. In case of cancellation of the trip participant after May 15, 2012. the previously paid deposit is forfeited. The remaining amount must be paid by June 5 2012. Seats are limited.
